HRBIZ is an offline desktop application. Business data entered into HRBIZ is not automatically sent to, shared with, or sold to third-party online services. HRSERVICES may access information only when the customer voluntarily provides it for installation, support, troubleshooting, or another agreed service. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Business data stored locally on your device remains under your control and retention policy.
